Cleaning and Care: As much attention as we put into Leoworks’ jewelry; the wear and durability of your pieces depends on you as well. All pieces are lightly coated with an anti-tarnish so to oxidize slower. If you wish to clean them, you can lightly rub with a jewelry cloth or use a standard jewelry liquid dip. All ear wires and chain are made of either Sterling Silver or Gold filled and are hypoallergenic. The hand wrought metal pieces are made of either Sterling Silver or Bronze. If you have a sensitivity to metals of any kind, we do not recommend you wear Bronze, so please be responsible for knowing in advance of purchase.
Returns and Exchanges: If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you may return your unworn merchandise within 2 wks after you receive it for an exchange or merchandise credit. All returns must be in re-sellable condition. Custom orders and Sample Sale items are Final Sales. Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable. Please pack jewelry as carefully as it came, we do not accept any responsibility for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
Repairs and Adjustments: We at Leoworks put a lot of attention in the making of each piece hoping you will wear your jewelry for years to come and offer a 3 month guarantee on repairs. This offer does not extend to lost pieces or stones and materials that have been dropped or crushed. All other repairs and replacements will vary in cost to each circumstance.
